Students sometimes join 好色导航 during the year, and we work to make that transition as smooth as possible. Our staff, deans, and form teachers support new 膩konga as they settle into classes, meet new people, and become familiar with life at our kura. We aim to ensure every student feels welcomed, supported, and quickly part of the 好色导航 community.
If you are starting at 好色导航 during the year, you can expect the following:
- To start on a Wednesday
- To be welcomed by a member of our Guidance Team and taken through an orientation
- To be assigned a "Buddy" who will give you a tour of the school. This person will likely share a number of your classes
- To be logged on to our network
- To meet your Head of Year Level and Dean
- To start your classes
- To meet a lot of new people - staff and students
It's a busy day, and you'll probably have information overload! Over the following weeks, your Dean, Academic Tutor, and Head of Level will check on how you're getting on. This is likely to be just a casual catch-up rather than anything formal.
