The Student Executive at 好色导航 is a group of student leaders who represent the wider student voice and help drive positive change across the school. They're involved in gathering feedback from their peers, sharing that feedback with staff, and leading meaningful projects that respond to student needs. Whether it's putting forward a proposal to improve wellbeing or helping shape school events and systems, the Student Executive plays an important role in making sure students are heard and included in the life of the school.
Students apply to be part of the Executive at the start of Term 1. Once selected, they're supported to grow their leadership skills through real experience, things like public speaking, writing proposals, and managing projects. The group is guided by a staff member who helps them stay organised, reflect on their impact, and make the most of their roles. At the start of the year, the Student Executive votes to elect a Leader and Deputy Leader, as well as an Administrator and Deputy Administrator. These roles help keep the group running smoothly, providing direction, managing communication, and making sure everyone stays on track with their responsibilities.
